21oz Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix
1/2 Cup butter, softened 
1 egg
Flour
Water
2-16oz cans vanilla frosting
Miniature M&M’s 
White nonpareil sprinkles 

You will also want this rainbow cookie cutter.

1. First you want to preheat your oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Nest, grab a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar cookie mix, butter, and egg. Mix until combine.
3. TIP: If the dough is dry you can add a teaspoon of water one by one until the dough is no longer dry. If the dough is too sticky, add a few tablespoons of flour until it is no longer sticky.
4. Now you want to roll the dough out onto a floured surface with a floured rolling pin.
5. Next it’s time to cut out the rainbow shapes with the rainbow cookie cutter and transfer them to the baking pan.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
7. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on a cooling rack.
8. Once they are 100% cool, fill a decorating bag with frosting and cut a 1/3” tip off the end.
9. Frost the rainbow part of the cookie, leaving the cloud area alone.
10. Start placing the miniature M&M’s onto the rainbow along the edges like pictured, and then place the M&M’s in a rainbow shape, following the color pattern. 
11. Now you can dab frosting onto the clouds to make them look fluffy.
12. Top the clouds off with the white round sprinkles and enjoy!
