What dried fruit can you add to cookies?

Adding dried fruit to cookies is a simple way to add in texture, natural sweetness, and a fun flavor, too. I’m a big fan of adding in cranberries but I also like figs and dates as well as raisins.

Can you freeze cookies for later?

Yes, you can. All you need to do is put your cookies in a freezer-safe bag and store them in the fridge. I actually like to store them so there is just a couple in each bag so that I don’t have to unthaw them all and eat them at once. This helps with moderation and portion control!

Ways to Vary up Cookies

You can easily change up the flavor of these cookies by using milk chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips or changing up the dried fruit that you’re adding.
