Warm up your day with this Creamy Crockpot Chicken Tortellini Soup from our kitchen! Try this comforting soup today and make dinner a breeze!

Ingredients

  • 3 Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3/4 Cup Carrots, diced
  • 1/2 Cup Celery, diced
  • 1 Cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 Cup Frozen Corn
  • 6 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 20 Ounces Refrigerated Tortellini

Instructions

  1. In a large crockpot, melt butter. Add onion and garlic and stir to combine.
  2. Add chicken. Top with remaining ingredients except heavy cream and tortellini.
  3. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours, until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from crockpot and shred with 2 forks.
  5. Add shredded chicken, tortellini and heavy cream. Stir well.
  6. Cook an additional 30 minutes until pasta is tender and soup is heated through.
  7. Serve with a sprinkle of your favorite cheese.
