Large Family Meal Planning 243

Sharing is caring!

Have you mapped out your dinner plans for this week?

We are having some delicious meals.

I have six children at home, plus myself and my husband. Here is how we handle large family meal planning at our house.

I love to utilize the Instant Pot, the slow cooker and the grill during the hotter months. Let me show you what we’re eating this week for dinner.

Large Family Meal Plan

Instant Pot Picadillo– this dish is seriously amazing! Oh how I love all the flavors. I know what you’re thinking… the olives, raisins, spices and brown sugar are odd together. Just trust me. It is divine! We are going to serve it over brown rice.

Grilled Balsamic Brown Sugar Chicken– this looks amazing and will be perfect served over a fresh salad with veggies on the side.

Slow Cooker Red Pepper Chicken–  this is one of the recipes in our upcoming freezer meal bootcamp. We will serve it over brown rice, a salad and steamed broccoli.

Slow Cooker Blackberry Pork Tenderloin– I have been dying to try this. It is from our April freezer meal plan. We are going to serve it with rolls, salad and a green veggie. Asparagus sounds really good to me!!

Sweet Italian Pork Chops– this is one of our May freezer meals. The ingredients are super simple. Love recipes like this! This can be baked, or as it gets hot out, toss the chops in the slow cooker instead. We are serving this with mac and cheese and biscuits.

Leftover Buffet– use ’em up!
