Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 1/2 Cups Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 Teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 Cups Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 Cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Cup Toffee Bites
  • 1 Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees and line a 13x9 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Using a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium to high heat.
  3. As the butter begins to melt, swirl the pan around. When the butter starts to bubble, let it sit for 3/4 minutes to allow it to deepen in color.
  4. Remove from heat and whisk in brown sugar.
  5. Allow the butter/sugar mixture to cool to room temperature.
  6. Whisk in the eggs and vanilla until combined.
  7. Gradually whisk in the flour, baking powder and salt.
  8. Scoop the dough into the baking pan.
  9. Top with the toffee bites, chocolate chips and chopped pecans.
  10. Pour can of sweetened condensed milk on top.
  11. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
  12. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
