Warm up with this delicious and creamy White Chicken Chili recipe!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Pounds Chicken, cooked and shredded
- 1 Medium Onion, diced
- 2-3 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Cup Frozen Corn
- 2 Cans White Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 Can Diced Green Chilis
- 6 Cups Chicken Broth
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1 1/2 Cups Sour Cream
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a medium stock pot, melt butter. Add onions and garlic. Cook on medium heat until onions are translucent and tender.
- Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream. Stir to combine.
- Bring to a boil. Move heat to low and let simmer for 30 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Stir in sour cream. Cook on low for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite shredded white cheese, cilantro, red onion and tortilla chips.
